This is one of a series of DVDs offering inspirational stories from real people and real events. Each is short, concise, giving a quick glimpse into an unusual, funny, emotional, or in other ways inspirational event of someone that first wrote their happening for book use. Now several have been put into visual form. A very good adaptation of some of the stories of Chicken Soup for the Soul, a very successful collection of books over the years for Christian Inspirational readers.
This DVD offers 13 such stories with a total of 88 minutes making each story averaging only 6 to 7 minutes. It's easy to watch a few and return later for additional when time is available. Or use one segment daily, like a devotional.
Although the actors are not blockbuster stars, they do a fine job of performing the stories provided by common folk like you and me. This could be a great gift idea.
