Product Description |
|
This newest addition to Running Press' beloved parchment journal series takes a Zen approach to the Noble Eightfold Path, a core teaching within Buddhism. Thoughtfully illustrated, it's divided into eight sections, each with an opening page describing one of the guiding principles, followed by journal pages subtly highlighted with appropriate Buddhist quotes. This is the only guided journal on the market that provides a structured way for the diarist to contemplate the meaning and personal relevance of the eight essential Zen principles.

| I bought this as a side-gift for my father for Christmas. He's very into Eastern things, including reading up on Buddhism, Taoism, Hinduism, etc. However, he rarely gets the chance to read a book. So, when I saw this journal, with "Zen" sayings on otherwise blank pages, I thought it was perfect. My father loved it. |

| The "Zen" Personal Journal is a blank journal filled with Zen quotations and teachings. The cover is a striking red with Kanji characters. This is perfect gift for either a man or a woman. |

| I ordered this journal over 1 month ago and still haven't received it. I've also wrote parchment Journals and they never replied. I will probably never order from them again. I am deployed right now and we look forward to mail but this was just a bad case of customer service. |
