very good question, sometimes its a movie. alot of times it is the setting I am in. Not having any worries seems to up my inspiration in general. thinking that anything is possible usually triggers it too

What is so inspiring to me is the ability to make a difference in the world – or in one human being. I can do one little action, yet it can have such a massive impact that lives could be changed from it. What I feel increases creativity is to be in a relaxed state. Let your mind wander. Dreams could definatly have a role, if you know where you see yourself headed. Although I am creative, life, for me, has gotten to the best of me, and unfortunatly I don’t have a best time of day for my creativity. However, my husband is working on helping me relax and devote specific time for it. I hope to find my inner creativity again soon. Good luck to you.

Sometimes in the morning when I awaken I’m creative. It is very spontaneous. I also get lots of ideas about inventions and if I had the money/capital, I would have patented a few things. For instance years ago I wanted to come out with an eyeliner similar to a felt-tip pen. In the 70’s I had that concept. It’s now on the market. I also wanted to develop a fabric spray/deodorizer in the 80’s. Now there is Febreeze. I wish I had the bucks to do all that back when!!!!
